An open-air cinema experience is coming to Somerley House in Ringwood as part of a national initiative led by O2. This summer, the telecommunications company is transforming 20 outdoor locations across the UK into temporary cinemas under the banner of “Open Cinema.”
On Saturday, May 31, Somerley House will screen Moana 2, offering families and film lovers a chance to enjoy a cinematic experience under the sky. Gates will open at 12pm, with the film scheduled to begin at 1:30pm.
Virgin Media O2 customers can access this exclusive opportunity through the Priority app. For just a £5 booking fee, which is redeemable for a soft drink and popcorn, guests can enjoy a lineup that includes classic and family-friendly titles such as Shrek, The Lion King, and the newest addition, Moana 2.
According to a company spokesperson, the initiative aims to provide a unique and enjoyable setting for summer entertainment: “This summer, O2 is transforming 20 outdoor locations across the UK into open-air cinemas, where Priority members can enjoy a line-up of iconic films and fresh releases in a totally unique setting.”
The Open Cinema experience is available at no additional cost to all O2 and Virgin Media broadband customers, making it an accessible outing for families, friends, and couples alike. Whether it’s a relaxed afternoon with friends, a fun family day out, or a creative date night, Open Cinema promises a memorable experience for everyone.
Priority members interested in attending can secure their spot through the Priority app.
